This policy covers the custom GPTs and ChatGPT plugins made by Risk Averse Technology Company LLC (“R.A.T.C.”, “we”), and this website, ratcgpts.com.

Our GPTs and plugins

Our plugins in ChatGPT contain instructions and reference files only. They don’t connect to any server we run, so we don’t receive, see or store your conversations or any personal information from them.

Your conversations happen inside ChatGPT and are handled by OpenAI under OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.

Our older custom GPTs (which OpenAI is retiring on December 11, 2026) work the same way, unless a GPT’s page in ChatGPT shows that it uses an outside service (an “action”). In that case that service’s own privacy policy also applies to what the GPT sends it.

This website

• There are no accounts, sign-ups or forms on ratcgpts.com.
• We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which gives us anonymous, aggregated numbers (like how many people visited a page). It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.
• Links to other sites (ChatGPT, X, Product Hunt, Create a Meme) are covered by those sites’ own policies. Create a Meme’s is at magic.createa.meme/privacy.

Children

Our GPTs, plugins and this website aren’t directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
