These terms cover the custom GPTs and ChatGPT plugins made by Risk Averse Technology Company LLC (“R.A.T.C.”, “we”), and this website, ratcgpts.com. By using them you agree to these terms.

Using our GPTs and plugins

• They run inside ChatGPT, so OpenAI’s Terms of Use and Usage Policies apply too.
• They’re made for fun, creativity and information. Answers come from AI and can be wrong, out of date or not to your taste: double-check anything important, and don’t rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• Some are comedic. Roast Master, for example, is a playful insult comic: keep roasts for people who are in on the joke, and don’t use any of our GPTs or plugins to harass, bully or harm anyone.
• You’re responsible for what you ask for and how you use what you get back.

Availability

OpenAI is retiring custom GPTs on December 11, 2026. Our plugins, GPTs and this website may change, pause or be removed at any time.

No affiliation

R.A.T.C. isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. ChatGPT and GPT are trademarks of OpenAI. Other names mentioned belong to their owners.

No warranty, limited liability

Our GPTs, plugins and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, R.A.T.C. isn’t liable for any damages arising from using them.

If these terms change, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top.
